PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of cabitation and hinder the oil hydraulic system from hunting or reverse rotation by furnishing a check valve, by-pass, etc. at the end of a spool valve and by setting the spool valve counter-balanced. CONSTITUTION:Connection of the port 112A on the oil pressure source side with the pump will allow supply of pressure oil to the port 112A on the oil pressure source. As a result, a check valve 118A is opened and pressure oil is supplied to the port 113A on the actuator side through oil lines 117A, 116A. At the same time, the pressure oil in the port 112A on oil pressure source side is supplied also to the oil line 115A, and action of this pressure oil on the check valve 123A through oil lines 127A, 128A will permit the check valve 123A to open. This is further sent to the pilot chamber 120A through oil line 129A and shifts the spool 114 rightwise. Because the oil line 115A is in communication with a by-pass 125A through an orifice 130A, the pressure oil flows into the pilot chamber 120A also from the by-pass 125A, and the spool 114 shifts leftwise.
