Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit blades to slide on the wall surface of casing airtightly by fitting slide plates, which are pressed outward or sideways by springs, on the exterior edge and side edges of each blade. CONSTITUTION:Inside a cylindrical casing 3, a rotary blocking member 5 with blades 5' is installed in such a way that the blades rotate in the same direction with a phase difference of 90 deg. for ex. and that either blocking member 5 blocks the transport line 4 at all times. Each blade 5' is provided with groove holes 7, 8 at its exterior edge and side edges, and in these holes 7, 8 slide plates 11, 12 are fitted slidably being pressed outward and sideways by springs 9, 10. These slide plates 11, 12 slide on the internal wall surface of the casing 3 in such a way that as large an airtightness as possible can be obtained.
