Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep a stable frictional lubrication of a bearing by immersing a relative rotor formed of a copper metal in an aqueous solution of ferric chloride to form a thin coating film of cupric chloride on the surface of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 4 formed of copper metal such as phosphor bronze is immersed in an aqueous solution of ferric chloride of 3-50% for 1 to 2min to form a coating film of about 2-20mu on the surface of the shaft 4. The shaft 4 gets to fit well with a steel roller 3 which is the opposite party for friction, which can reduce the reciprocal friction between the friction surfaces of the roller 3 and the shaft 4, so as to provide a stable frictional lubrication of a bearing.
