Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a circuit which can improve the frequency response and be used as a peaking circuit, by unbalanced base series resistance of the 1st and 2nd transistors (TR) constituting a current mirror circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A current mirror circuit is constituted with a TR2 in which a constant current source 1 is added to a connecting point between the base and the collector, and a TR5 which has the same characteristics as the TR2 and the base of which is connected to said connecting point. Almost the same current IL as a current IO of a constant current source 1 is obtained from the collector of the TR5. Further, the frequency response of the current can be controlled by unblanced base series resistance values for the TRs 2 and 5 through the insertion of a resistor RB to the base of the TR2.
