Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled film that is composed of an ethylenic resin and hexamethylene bisalkylamide, thus causing no fusion between the same films to give beautiful wrapped products and further enabling even readily fusible substrate to be shrink-wrapped without fusion.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of an ethylenic resin is combined with 0.02W2, preferably 0.1W1pts. of hexamethylene bisalkylamide of R-CONH-(CH2)6-NHCOR' (R, R' are 8W29C alkyl) and the composition is made into films and drawn. The higher fatty acid preferably contains more than 60wt% of stearic acid. The drawing is preferably carried out so that the maximum thermal-shrinkage stress becomes 0.5W40kg/cm2.
