The part 12 contains plural arms 14 and functions as an acoustic impedance converter. The width of the arm 14 is gradually reduced toward its outer edge part. The surface flexion vibration which is produced by the matter 13 and the bimorph structure of the part 12 is transmitted to the arm 14.
