Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce weight and to improve reliability by using a honeycomb core as a core material, and then adhering thin-film diaphragms to both surfaces of the core end part of the core material by using powdery thermosetting adhesives. CONSTITUTION:To both surfaces of a core material 1 made of a honeycomb core which uses a material formed by mixing metals, high polymer materials, and papers or mixtures of paper and high polymer material, thin-film skin materials 3 and 3 made of the same material are adhered by using powdery thermosetting polyamide adhesives 4. The adhesives 4 are preheated for 30sec in a dry furnace of about 130 deg.C to melt-stick to the skin materials 3, which are stacked on both the surfaces of the core material 1 with the adhesives 4; and heating and compression are carried out for one minutes by using about 200 deg.C forces to cure the adhesives 4, and the body is taken out of the forces and then compressed in other forces at the normal temperature to cool the adhesives 4. Consequently, the interatition of the adhesives into the skin materials is reduced, thus manufacturing a lightweight and high-reliability diaphragm.
