CONSTITUTION:A video tape recorder provides a shield member 47, and the position of a shield case 30 can be adjusted minutely toward the arrow 52 with a torsional coil spring 51 by taking a shaft 50 implanted on a base as a fulcrum. In this video tape recorder, a pad member 49 made of a felt and same as the shield member 47 is also moved and a mechanism allowing the contact of the pad member 49 to the head is also added at normal recording or reproduction.
