CONSTITUTION:An emergency boradcast in which a code for informing beforehand the number of times of intermittance, a carrier wave intermittence, an emergency information announcement, and an end code have been arrayed in order is sent from an antenna 10 of a sending side. It is caught by an antenna 15 in a receiving side, and is amplified and detected by a receiving part 16. The code for informing beforehand the number of times of intermittence is disciminated by a previous announcement code discriminator 19, and its result is stored in a memory part 23. Intermittence of a carrier wave is discriminated by a carrier wave intermittence discriminator 20, the number of times of intermittence is counted by a counter 24, and this value is compared with a value of the memory part 23, in a comparator 25. When both the values are in coincidence, an output of RS-FF21 becomes a set state, a control switch 22 is made to conduct, and an emergency broadcast is heard.
