Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a radial lead type, and to improve mass production capability by inserting a ferrite bead to at least one leg section of a lead wire bent in ?- shaped form and forming a projecting section for preventing fall-off to the intermediate section of the leg section. CONSTITUTION:The ferrite beads 12a, 12b are each inserted to the sections such as both leg sections 11a, 11b of the lead wire 11 bent in ?-shaped form from wire ends, and contacted with the base section 11c of the lead wire 11. The projecting sections 14a, 14b are formed by bending the intermediate sections of both leg sections 11a, 11b of the lead wire 11 to prevent the fall-off of the ferrite beads 12a, 12b from the lead wire 11. Accordingly, the bead inductor can be shaped in the radial lead type, mass production capability is improved while handling is facilitated, and soldering can easily be ameliorated because adhesives, etc. are not used.
