The projecting sections 14a, 14b are formed by bending the intermediate sections of both leg sections 11a, 11b of the lead wire 11 to prevent the fall-off of the ferrite beads 12a, 12b from the lead wire 11. Accordingly, the bead inductor can be shaped in the radial lead type, mass production capability is improved while handling is facilitated, and soldering can easily be ameliorated because adhesives, etc. are not used.
