The transfer apparatus is adapted to travel along a fixed frame F and stack goods on a pallet P supplied one by one from a pallet mahazine M. In stacking, a moving frame T is travelled in the opposite direction to the belt 49 travelling in an arrow Y3 direction so as to place the goods on the pallet P without horizontal migration. Thus, even a pouched cement can be transferred safely and without breakage of a pouch.
