Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase attenuation function of liquid by forming a concavoconvex projection at an inner wall of an attenuation orifice in vibro-isolating rubber which has liquid attenuation action. CONSTITUTION:Vacant chamber A and B, partitioned by a partition 16, is filled with non-pressurizing liquid to utilize attenuation function generated when liquid passes an orifice 18 made at the partition 16. By forming an internal thread at an inner wall, a concave-convex projection is formed a short cylinder 19 fixed to the partition 16. By an experiment, it was confirmed that attenuation power is increased by nearly 10%, compared to an usual type orifice, by fixing a concave-convx projection at the inner wall of the orifice 18.
