Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled preparation free of irritation and adhesion to the digestive tracts, having mild activity, and high absorption efficiency in blood, and exhibiting long effect by the administration of a small dose, by filling the gap between liposomes with an easily water-soluble acetylsalicylic acid salt. CONSTITUTION:Yolk lecithin is mixed with cholesterol and dipalmityl glycerophosphate, and the mixture is dissolved in chloroform, etc. and cast. Chloroform is evaporated from the cast film to obtain lipid film. The film is mixed with a phosphate buffer solution containing an easily water-soluble acetylsalicylic acid salt (e.g. acetylsalicylic acid DL-lysine salt of formula), and the dispersion is subjected to ultrasonic treatment to fill the gaps between the liposomes with the acetylsalicylic acid salt and to obtain the objective preparation.
