Abstract

The flexion detectors 7, 8 are, for instance, optically constituted in such a manner that parellel beams of light are irradiated to the wire 2 from each direction X, Y, and the displacement is detected by a photocell unit 6. From this detection, the flexion amount t is calculated, and a machining table is corrected its machining feed amount by the flexion amount t, thus a machining error can be eliminated.
