Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy, by combing a laser working technique with a balancing measuring technique, simultaneously executing both detection and working, and removing difficultly of work. CONSTITUTION:A rotating body 1 is rotated by a rotating shaft 2 and also is hang-supported by a hang-spring 4, therefore, it moves up and down. By left and right vibration detectors 5L, 5R of the rotating body 1, voltage corresponding to the extent of unbalance is outputted, and the extent of unbalance is displayed on display devices 7L, 7R through a correcting amplifier 6. Also, an output of a phase detecting pickup 8 is compared with an output of a reference phase oscillator of the correcting amplifier 6, and an angle of unbalance is displayed on an display device 9. Outputs of said extent and angle of unbalance are inputted to a laser controller 10, the quantity of irradiation of a laser and its angle of irradiation are controlled, and the quantity of removal is adjusted. Accordingly, measurement and working are executed simultaneously, work is performed easily, and its working accuracy is improved.
