PURPOSE:To improve the insulating reliability of the connecting part of an air core reactor with an external wire by pressing and connecting a wire wound in a cylindrical shape to the end of the external wire with a solderless terminal, then covering the connecting part with an insulator, immersing and hardening resin in the insulator. CONSTITUTION:After a wire 1 formed by gathering a plurality of insulated strands such as, for example, enameled wires and simultaneously covering with the insulator is wound on a bobbin 5, the end strands of the wire 1 are dipped in a solder bathtub, thereby removing the enamel coating by the solder heat. Then, the end of the wire and an external wire 3 are pressed in the state that both are inserted from both sides of a cylindrical pressing connector 8 and are connected. Subsequently, an insulating tape 9 such as glass cloth tape or the like is wound on the periphery of the connecting part, and the tape wound part is, for example, immersed with epoxy resin and is hardened. In this manner, the connecting part can be simplified and reduced in size, and the insulating reliability of the connecting part can be improved.
