The vacant reel 1 is supplied with the 180 deg. rotation of the handling arm 26 to a tape winder 28, and the reel 1 after winding is given to the pitch variable device 8, and after relative position conversion, the reel 1 is contained to a reel case containing box 2 via the reel case projector 5.
