Abstract
PURPOSE:To open and close a card holder provided with magnets, by changing polarity of electromagnets. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnets 9 are buried in a scanning table 7. Aperture card 1 is laid on an exposure side. A card holder 8 provided with permanent magnets 10 is pulled by supplying an electric current to the electromagnets. After finishing exposure, polarity of the electromagnets is reversed to generate repelling power in the permanent magnets, and then the card holder 8 is opened.
