PURPOSE:To secure the sealing of door glass even if it is sucked out in a rapid drive, by using a spring to push an inner weather strip on the door glass. CONSTITUTION:A weather strip 8 is provided between the glass 4 of a door and its outer panel 2. Another weather strip 6 is provided between the door glass 4 and the inner panel 1. The weather strip 6 is mounted on the cylindrical supporting part 5c of a support member 5 so that the strip can be turned. A counterclockwise turning force is applied to the weather strip 6 by a spring 7. As a result, even if the door glass 4 is sucked out by the negative pressure in a rapid drive, the weather strip 6 moves to follow the glass to secure its sealing.
