Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to operate the clamper and knock pin of a jig for the work independently by forming the jig for the work mounted to an index table in structure in which the work enters or leaves and works by the clamper and a cylinder for the knock pin. CONSTITUTION:A carry-in-and-out station A and a plurality of working stations B1, B2, B3 are arranged onto the circumference of the index table 1. The jigs 21, 22, 23, 24 for the work are mounted where opposite to the working stations B1, B2, B3 in the index table 1. The jigs 21, 22, 23, 24 for the work consist of the clampers clamping the work and the knock pins 6 positioning and fixing the work. Oil pressure driving these jigs is connected to a rotary valve 7 at the center while being each communicated through changeover valves 81, 82, 83, 84, thus independently operating the jigs 21, 22, 23, 24.
