CONSTITUTION:On a driving shaft 4, a couple of bevel gears 8 and 9 and a worm 10 are fixed. Pulleys 14 and 15 are provided over the bevel gears 11 and 12 through a clutch mechanism 16, and a pulley 17 is also provided over the worm gear 13 through a clutch mechanism 18. Those clutch mechanisms 16 and 18 are connected when pressed down by arms 19, 20 and 21. A steel wire 22 is wound around the pulleys 14, 15 and 17 and extended being guided by guide pulleys 23a, 23b, 23c, and 23d. Further, as the steel wire 22 runs, a pickup device 24 is guided by a couple of rails 25a and 25b and transferred as shown by arrows X and Y.
