CONSTITUTION:A carrier modulated by a calling signal is received by an antenna 100 and supplied to a radio section 200. The signal demodulated at the radio section 200 is discriminated by a decoder 300 whether it is a selective calling signal of its own receiver or not. When it is a calling signal of its own receiver and when a switch 700 is closed, a driving circuit 600 starts to operate and informs the owner of the receiver that the receiver receives a calling signal by starting a singing from a speaker 800, and, at the same time, the circuit 600 stores the message information continuously sent. When a memory reading switch 1,000 is pressed at this time, number of message information stored at the point of time is displayed on a displaying device 900, and the message information stored in the read memory can be confirmed on a display device 500 through a display driving circuit 400.
