Abstract

PURPOSE: To synchronize a wire cutter and a processing system with one line, by sequentially decreasing the time difference between a time required for the cutting of a wire to a specified length after feeding the wire in the wire cutter and a required time for automatic processing for a specified length member in accordance with the elapse of operation time.
CONSTITUTION: A wire SW having a specified length in which a wire W is fed to a wire cutter 2 with an automatic feeder 1 and cut off, is carried to an automatic processing system 4 with an automatic feeder 3 for processing. During this, the feeding speed of the wire W with the device 1 is automatically changed over to the specified high or low speed. If the specified length member SW is on a reception stand 31 of the device 3 and if it is processed in the system 4, are normally detected, and the speed is automatically switched to a low speed only when the SW is on the stand 31 and processed and switched to a high speed in other cases. Through this setting, the time difference between a time required when the W is fed to the cutter 2 for the specified length and cut and a time required for the processing in the system 4 of the SW is sequentially reduced for synchronizm in accordance with the elapse of the operation time.
