Abstract

PURPOSE: To inhibit the remaining and curing of a test material, by locating a valve which can open or close a flow line, and communicating a nozzle to an air-flow line when the valve is closed so as to feed compressed air to the nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A flow line 11, leading to a nozzle opening 13, is formed in a connection member 7 fixed to the lower end of a heating cylinder, a tapered valve seat opening 14 is formed in the connection member 7 in a manner such that the valve seat opening 14 crosses the flow line 11, and a valve body 15 is rotatably inserted into the connection member 7. Through the valve body 15 are formed a valve opening 16 extending along a direction crossing the axial direction of the valve body at right angles and an air-flow opening 17 positioning from one end surface of the valve body 15 to a part of its outside surface. As a result, when the flow line 11 is closed by rotation of the valve body 15, the air-flow opening 17 is communicated to a lower flow line 11b, and compressed air is fed from an air-feed source 9 to a nozzle 13, so that residual test material is blown off and removed.
