Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the long shaft stirring apparatus holding high preciseness for a long period of time by a method wherein a long shaft is supported by plural bearings and a balancer and a stirring blade are attached thereto and the lower end thereof is received by a center made of a hard alloy. CONSTITUTION:In the long shaft stirring apparatus, an upper part drive shaft 1 and a transmission shaft 2 are supported by upper and lower plural bearings 4-6 to absorb the weight, rotary force and propelling force thereof and a balancer 9 is further attached to the transmission shaft 2 to correspond the rotary number thereof to that of the shaft 1. In addition, below the balancer, plural stages of different diameter shafts 3a, 3b, 3c of which diameters are reduced in a downward direction are inlaid to be connected to the shaft 2 and a stirring blade 10 is attached thereto and a center 12 made of a hard alloy is provided to the lowermost end of the shaft and load change or unbalance of the shaft is automatically absorbed and controlled by a spring. By this mechanism, stable stirring with reduced obstacles is carried out at high speed rotation.
