Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily remove and clean the toner spilled inadvertently within an image forming device, by using an air suction device and a flexible developer sucking/cleaning hose. CONSTITUTION:A hose connecting pipe mouth 17 opening into a suction housing 11 is provided to the left wall of the housing 11 in addition to a scattered toner containing airsucking pipe 12 provided around a developing device. The base part of a flexible hose 9 having a proper length and thickness is connected and fixed to the pipe 17. When an image forming device is working, a suction fun 15 is turned with the electric conduction to a motor 16 to exclusively suck the air through the pipe 12. Thus the air containing the scattered toner around the developing device, and then the toner is caught. A cap 91 at the tip part of the hose 9 is removed to actuate a suction device 1 when the toner is supplied or the hose is detached and attached for an inspection or repairs.
