Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent play and vibration and the deformation of a rotary shaft in its rapid rotation, by providing a protrusion on the central part of a rotary disc and providing the rotary shaft with a recess fitted with the protrusion, so that a clearance is made in the slow rotation but removed in the rapid rotation. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 11 is provided on the central part of a rotary disc 10. A rotary shaft 14 is provided with a recess 13 in which the protrusion 11 is fitted so that a clearance 12 is defined. The size of the clerance 12 is determined by calculating the quantity of deformation of the rotary disc 10 in consideration of the rotational frequency factors of the disc in its rapid rotation. As a result, in the slow rotation, the rotary disc 10 and the rotary shaft 14 are fitted with each other at an appropriate fitting accuracy on a mounting part 14a so that play and vibration are suppressed. In the rapid rotation, although a clearance 15 is made between the mounting part 14a and the inside of the rotary disc 10, the outside of the protrusion 11 comes into contact with the inside of the recess 13 to remove the clearance 12 to suppress play and vibration. Play and vibration are thus prevented both in the slow rotation and in the rapid rotation.
