Abstract
PURPOSE:To position a jig, by setting arms extending in opposite directions on the cirumferential surface of a rotatable jig, and conducting the arms by notches formed in side walls arranged along a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When conveyor 1 is moved, an arm 13 enters the notch groove 19 formed in the side wall 16 of the conveyor 1, whereas the arm 13' abuts on the end 18 of the notch groove 19. As a result a jig 3 is rotated clockwise as the conveyor is moved. The arm 13 is further forced into the notch groove 19 to abut on the innermost end of the notch groove 19, and the jig 3 is further rotated colckwise. Finally the arm 13 leaves the notch groove 19, and the jig 3 is orientated suitably for the working and guided to a working position with the tips of the arms 13 abutting on the side wals 15, 16.
