Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance precision of a commutatorless DC motor with simple structure by a method wherein positioning of the center of rotation in relation to a shaft of slit disk is performed using a false core formed on the slit disk, and after then, the false core is removed. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 6 has the simple cap type, and the slit disk 16 is fixed to the end edge face thereof. A false core 16b is formed on the slit disk 16. The slit disk is fixed to the rotor 6 holding the central position of rotation of the slit part 16a in relation to the shaft 7 by the false core 16b thereof as it is, and after then, the false core 16b is cut to be removed to complete assembling of the rotor.
