Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the change in tilted state of a tape guide due to a tape tension, by locating a fulcrum axis to almost the center broadwise a tape guided with a tape guide. CONSTITUTION:A fulcrum axis 91 which is located to the center position of a tape 34 orthogonal to a drawing guide 51 and guided with the guide 51 is fixed horizontally to a vertical part 87b of a support lever 87, and the fulcrum axis 91 is freely rotatably borne through a fulcrum hole 92 in horizontal shape provided at the upper end of a lever support 90 of a reciprocating lever 88. Further, the lever 88 is energized rotatingly toward the arrow (g) with a torsional spring 93 inserted to the outer circumference of a fulcrum axis 89 and the support lever 87 is energized rotatingly toward the arrow (h) with a torsional spring 94 inserted to the outer circumference of the fulcrum axis 91. The support lever 87 is contacted with one side surface of the lever support 90 for a projection 95 incorporatedly provided to other end and the rotation toward the arrow (h) is restricted.
