Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet of multiplied structure of different fiber orientation readily, by providing a circular guide which deforms a plain belt cylindrically at a part of a circulation path of the plain belt, supplying a plurality of warps thereto and immediately after that, winding woofs to them and then cutting to open it. CONSTITUTION:A plain belt 13 is deformed into a preset length of a cylindrical shape by providing a circular guide 14 at a circulation path of the plain belt 13 and is supported by a cylindrical mandrel 23 provided in its inside. A plurality of small holes are provided on the circular guide 14 along its circular periphery and a plurality of first warps 10 are introduced through them and arranged along the outer face of the cylindrical plain belt 14. Successively, right after that, a plurality of woof bobbins 22 are provided on a rotation drum 21 rotating around the cylindrical plain belt 14 as an axis, woofs 20 unreeled from them are wound and crossed on the outer circumference of a warps group and a sheet is obtained. After the sheet is cut-opened by a cutter provided at its downstream side, second warps 50 are guided on the upper face of the sheet.
