Abstract
PURPOSE: To coat adhesives uniformly on molded core materials having deep recesses despite simple construction by spreading and coating the resin adhesives dropped from the dropping parts provided in the positions of crossing said material as by means of brush bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A molded core material S is first transferred by a conveyor 1 to a dropping part T. In the part T, the resin adhesives supplied through a supply port 4 are diffused by both rollers 2, 3 in their width direction and are flowed down mainly to the side of a driving roller 2 of a high surface speed. Further, the adhesives are dropped along the top surface of a dripping plate 5 onto the top surface of the material S through slits 6W6. Therefore, when the material S passes through the part T, plural lines of the striations of the adhesives extending in the transfer direction are formed along the width direction. Thence, when the core material is transferred to a diffusion coating part K, the abovementioned striations are stretched thinly by the rotating motion of a pair of coating brushes possessed by the respective coating units, and are diffused over the entire surface of the material S.
