CONSTITUTION:In a logic tracer, a comparator 41 compares the information of registers 71-73 with the one of registers 81-83 which has been generated previously. When both values coincide with each other, the counted values of counters 61-63 are updated. If the said compared values do not coincide and the counted values exceed ''0'', these counted values and freshly generated information are written in the address locations in a memory 43 with a prescribed address distance so that these values can be discriminated from each other.
