Abstract
PURPOSE:To estimate a remaining life in comparison with an allowable value, by measuring the temp. and pressure of high temp. fluid and the temp. at evaluation point of a receptacle, and calculating the amount of damage generated at said point. CONSTITUTION:Each steam temp. which is measured by a detector 13 and the metalic temp. measured by a thermocouple 14 are inputted to a thermal stress operator 19, and the temp. difference at the inside and outside surfaces of a casing and the temp. distributing are decided. A thermal stress is inputted to an internal pressure stress operator 18 which is detected by a pressure detector 12 calculating the thermal stress to input to an adder 20 together with the output from the operator 19. The output from the adder 20 is compared with the reference value 22 of an operation allowable stress by a comparator 21 and is brought to an alarm display device 24 through a deciding device 23 and on the other hand, in the routes which pass two analyzers 25, 28 the degrees that fine cracks existing potentially in the casing grow due to fatigue, creep and corrosion etc. are calculated breaking-dynamically, and diagnoses are performed.
