CONSTITUTION:In the hole 17 in the boss 16 of a cylinder 1, valve mechanism 20 having two functions of a relief valve and a suction valve is provided. The valve mechanism 23 is constituted by a valve body 23, the large diameter annular plate 24 and the small diameter annular plate 24. A plurality of small holes 31 are provided in the intermediate position of the large diameter plate 24. The small diameter annular plate 25 is closely contacted with said small holes 31. The large diameter and smalldiameter annular plates 24 and 25 are formed by steel material having high flexibility. The thickness of the plates, the outer diameters, the areas of the small holes 31, and the like are set so that specified relief and supply pressures can be obtained.
