CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 1, a driving roller 2, a follower roller 3 and a developing device 6 are all set into a cassette and can be drawn outside from the main body of a signal generator. An end part of the photoreceptor 1 functions as a conductive part 1a, and a synchronizing mark 17 is put at a prescribed position of the other end part of the photoreceptor 1. The mark 17 is formed optically to the photoreceptor, and a transmissive photosensor is used for a mark detecting means 18 to detect the mark 17. A supporting arm 19 is supported by a supporter 16 and usually set at the position B. For the maintenance purpose such as an exchange of the photoreceptor, etc., the arm 19 is turned to the position A. Thus the maintenance can be facilitated.
