An audio signal is given to an audio signal processing circuit 10 to pick up a superimposed pilot signal and given to a PLL circuit 11, and a horizontal driving pulse signal is given to the information decoder circuit 9 and a horizontal blanking period reproducing processing signal generating circuit 13. The circuit 13 generates a horizontal blanking period reproduction processing signal and gives it to an RF video processor circuit 14.
