Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply sufficient oxygen with simple construction by providing a rotating body of the specific constitution intersecting orthogonally with a longitudinal direction in an oxidation channel for sewage treatment and rotating the same at specific speeds.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating body 3 is set supportingly in an oxidation channel 2 freely rotatably in a direction intersecting orthogonally with the longitudinal direction thereof. The body 3 is constituted with rectangular strip type aeration blades 3A disposed in a constant zigzag shape on a horizontally placed imaginary cylindrical surface in a comb-like radial shape. The body 3 is rotated at the number of revolutions which is the higher of the preset number of revolutions or the number of revolutions corresponding to the dissolved oxygen in the channel 2. The number of revolutions is controlled with block diagrams.
