In response to the intermittent rotation of said second hand 4, an arm 10 at one end of which a balancer 15 is suspended is moved, and a suspended member 18 at the other end is pulled. When the arm 10 is stepped, the doll 17, which is linked with the member 18 and whose other end is contacted with the dial 1 via a wheel 19, is moved by a specified angle owing to the friction between the wheel 19 and the dial 1, and then it is stopped.
