Abstract
PURPOSE:To dissolve only the material to be detected with a solvent and to recover the same as permeated liquid efficiently by removing the blood cells, protein, etc. which are unnecessary components in living body fluid with a semipermeable membrane. CONSTITUTION:In a mixing tank 1, living body fluid and a solvent of specific gravity larger than that of the living body fluid out of solvents which dissolve the material to be detected in the living body fluid are mixed, after which the mixture is sucked with a pump 13 and is conducted into a living body fluid flow passage 3. After a valve 10 is closed, the solvent is sucked by the suction of a pump 15 and is filtered while a valve 14 is held closed. The living body fluid is hydrophobic, and the semipermeable membrane having micropores cannot allow the transmission of said fluid. The solvent dissolved with oil soluble components can transmit through the semipermeable membrane and therefore the solvent dissolved with the specific component transmitted through the semipermeable membrane 7 accumulates in a permeated liquid storage tank 13. This solvent is drawn out through the valve 14 and is conducted to an analyzing device, whereby the analysis is accomplished.
