Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide possibility to manufacture stiff bosses easily by inserting firmly the insertion part having the boss part in the hole of a spline shaft formed on a gear body. CONSTITUTION:The body 21 of a gear 20 is formed in single construction and the coggs 22 and shaft hole 23 are manufactured in a single process. This shaft hole 23 has a form of through hole provided with a spline at its internal surface. The boss 25 is, on the other hand, fixed to the gear body 21 at the insertion part 26 to be fitted in the shaft hole 23 forming at the same time fixation part 28 by means of welding etc. Thus the construction is bound solidly and stiffly.
