Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform rapid stop operation of an actuator, by elevating a limit value of operating speed of a displacement variable mechanism in a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump when the commanded direction of operation of an actuator is reverse to the actual direction of operation. CONSTITUTION:If an operating lever 7 is turned to +side at stopping of an actuator 2, an arithmetic unit 6 moves a displacement variable mechanism 3 of a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump 1 to one side through a driving gear 4. At this time, since an operating signal of the operating lever 7 and detecting signal of a displacement meter 5 are both +, a selector switch 11 in a maximum set speed selector circuit 8 is switched to a side (b), and an output of the first maximum set speed generator circuit 9 is selected. Then the operating lever 7 is returned to a neutral position to rapidly stop the actuator 2, and the selector switch 11 is switched to a side (a), and the output of the second maximum set speed generator circuit 10 larger then the output of said circuit 9 is selected and input to the arithmetic unit 6.
