Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid waste of test sample and to perform very easy setting of a dispensing amount, by analyzing the sample which is sucked by a sucking capillary tube and is obtained after the tube is separated from the line scored parts into pieces. CONSTITUTION:A transparent rodlike sucking capillary tube 6 having scored lines 7 at regular intervals is inserted into a cup containing a sample. Then the sample is sucked to the inside of the tube 6 by capillarity to be filled therein. Further, the tube is broken at the scored line 7 parts and separated into pieces having each unit length, then inserted in and arranged at a sample cassette 9. The cassette 9 is set to a biochemical analyzing device 10 and is tested for the required analysis. As the sample amount is determined according to the length of the tube to be broken, this method avoids waste of the sample and lessens the amount of sample to be taken from a person who is tested.
