Abstract

PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce an ejection pin hole with high hole precision by a method wherein an elongate pipe conforming to the length of an ejection pin is set in a mold and the periphery of the pipe is backed with a non-shrinkable back-up material.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum pipe 22 for fitting the ejection pin is erected on gypsum 21. Then, a flame-sprayed layer 24 is produced. The ejection pin 25 is fitted to the pipe 22, a mold release agent 27 is coated on the periphery of the pin 25 and a pushing rod 25a. Then, after casting the back-up material 26 such as non-shrinkable cement on the back surface of the flame-sprayed layer 24, gypsum 21 is removed and a tip part 22a of the pipe 22 is shaved out to form the pin hole 19.
