Abstract
PURPOSE:To elevate a quality of laser working, by providing a mechanism for detecting an energy loss due to a fault on the way of an optical path of a laser beam, and intercepting an outlet of the laser beam when a temperature of the mechanism rises. CONSTITUTION:When a laser beam 2 becomes a laser beam 2' as a result of shift of its optical axis due to vibration of a laser device, loosening of the mounting part, mechanism force from the outside, a variation of a cooling water temperature, etc., a temperature rises since a part of the beam is irradiated to a laser beam absorbing plate 21.
