Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a welding work and to elevate its accuracy, by forming a rough triangle pole-like block, and formig a box structure by combinging 2 rough triangle pole-like blocks. CONSTITUTION:A rough triangle pole-like block is constituted by fixing by means of welding a diaphragm 6 obtained by cutting to a triangle in advance and installing an auxiliary plate 5 for forming a beveling groove 4, on the side of its long side 3, on an L-shaped part formed by a flange plate 1 and a web plate 2. As for the triangle pole-like block, 2 blocks having symmetrical structure are prepared, and in a state that the beveling groove 4 is assembled and supported so as to be vertical, a wire 8 is inserted into the beveling groove 4 through a wire insertion port 7, and the welding is performed by a consumption nozzle type electroslag welding method. After that, fillet welding of the flange plate 1 and the web plate 2 is performed, and a closed section box structure is manufactured.
