CONSTITUTION: Part requiring no adhering of diamond to the metal base block 1 made of steel or brass and the like is sealed by a seal tape, then the metal base block is processed by sand blasting. Adhesive coating layer 2 is formed in the surface of the processed base block 1, the diamond granules 3 are adhered to the layer 2 while it is not solidified and then the layer 2 is solidified. Then, the adhesive agent 4 is coated, the granules 3 are burried therein, dried in an oven so as to complete the diamond grinder stone.
