CONSTITUTION:A coupling surface of a filter main body 10 with input and output waveguids 8 and 9 is shaped over a suitabl thickness, and a metal 11 with better thermal conductivity than that of the main body 10 is overlapped on this surface, to form coupling holes 5 and 6. As this metal, plated copper or copper alloy is used.
