Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent shakes of low frequencies and large amplitudes and as well to prevent sounds filled in a vehicle compartment due to vibrations of high and intermediate frequencies, by supporting a power unit on a vehicle body by means of a resilent body and a compressible fluid tank. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 17 is fitted in a hole 16 formed in the bottom wall 13 of a cradle 12 secured to stay 11 in a power unit 11, and is connected to a compressed air source 19 for supplying compressible fluid through a tube 8. Further, a resilient body 27 is slidably disposed in the cradle 12. A conical recess 31 is formed in one end surface 30 of the resilient body 27, opposite to the bottom wall 13, and the peripheral portion of one end surface 30 may contact to the bottom wall 13 so that a air tank 32 is defined between the resilient body 27 and the bottom wall 13 and is supplied with compressed air. The other end surface 34 of the resilient body 27 is secured to a cradle 35 on a vehicle body 36 by baking, and the vehicle body 36 is provided with a stopper 37 which is engageable with the flange portion 15 of the cradle 12.
