CONSTITUTION:A packing 1 is made by cleaning a hollow sleeve woven with glass fibers 2 and by impregnating or coating it with silicon rubber 3. This packing 1 is a compound material consisting of the glass fibers 2 and silicon rubber 3, in which the silicon rubber 3 is reinforced by the glass fibers 2. Thus the packing 1 is provided with merits of silicon rubber 3 as well as a strong point of the glass fibers 2, that means; this packing 1 has all the characteristics required for a packing.
